Military Service

  • Served in the United States Marines as a 3521 Motor Transport Diesel Mechanic
  • Obtained a Secondary Military Occupational Skill as a 3522 Rebuild Technician
  • Engine and Transmission Dyno Certified
  • There is not a part of a Humvee or LVS that I cannot rebuild or repair
  • Left the Marine Corps as a Corporal E-4 and Acting SNCOIC (Shop Manager)

Wagner Equipment Company

  • Worked for Wagner Equipment Company “Caterpillar” as a Diesel Engine Rebuild Technician
  • At Wagner became youngest Shop Foreman in Company at 22
  • Assisted in creation, implementation, and training of New Companywide Safety protocols and Standards. 


  • At ARCA operated a 108-vehicle fleet
  • Promoted to become Vehicle and Safety Coordinator adding 80+ locations that I was responsible for Safety Inspections of these vehicles, homes, apartment complexes and business locations
  • Trainer for Defensive Driving and new employee Safety
  • Operated within 5310 and 5316 Grants

North Central Regional Transit District, “NCRTD”

  • Fleet and Facilities Maintenance Manager for North Central Regional Transit District
  • Facilitated in planning and operation of Transit system
  • 10,000 square mile operation area encompassing 4 counties
  • Operating and Servicing 60+ Transit vehicles
  • 24 fixed Routes and 4 Demand Routes
  • Operating within 5309, 5310, and 5311 Grants.
  • Maintaining Hundreds of Bus Stops across the service area including evaluation and installation of new stops.

Creative Bus Sales

  • New Mexico Transit Bus Salesman
  • Work with all government agencies and non-profits receiving grant money on both 5310 and 5311 Grants
  • Instrumental in the creation of a Meals on Wheels van after speaking with customers around the state, in doing so, senior facilities have an option to buy a van that can transport food and people with the maintenance costs of one.
