- Assisted in creation, implementation, and training of New Companywide Safety protocols and Standards.

- Promoted to become Vehicle and Safety Coordinator adding 80+ locations that I was responsible for Safety Inspections of these vehicles, homes, apartment complexes and business locations

- Fleet and Facilities Maintenance Manager for North Central Regional Transit District

- Maintaining Hundreds of Bus Stops across the service area including evaluation and installation of new stops.

- Work with all government agencies and non-profits receiving grant money on both 5310 and 5311 Grants
- Instrumental in the creation of a Meals on Wheels van after speaking with customers around the state, in doing so, senior facilities have an option to buy a van that can transport food and people with the maintenance costs of one.
